Friendly window staff

Everytime I come to this location everyone is so friendly! I have never been disappointed by the drinks, food, or service. Kayla is especially nice and remembers my order by heart! Which i will always appreciate

We are here pretty regularly, we always come with our BOGO Our dog loves to get her pup cup!

The coffee is ok, but asking if I'd like to leave a tip is really off putting.

The coffee is really good and the food is awesome too. The bagel sandwiches are excellent. The reason I'm rating it lower in the reason that I avoid coming here 75% of the time is because of the extremely awkward and off-putting ending to every transaction. They ask you if you want to tip them. This is a step worse than everybody spinning the screen around to ask for tips. It's like you're going to a restaurant and the server stands there asking how much you're going to tip them. It's the worst part of the conversation and absolutely hate it. Maybe it doesn't bother other people but it honestly bothers me a lot and makes me feel extremely awkward. Sometimes I want to tip and sometimes I don't. It feels obligatory though and I end up going to Dunkin more often due to this. No offense to Biggby or the workers there.
