Good things take time and some work. BBQ is just like that. We opened Bigfoot BBQ in 2003 with two goals in mind; great scratch made food and friendly down home service... looking back at those goals, we have had real success. We have made a lot of friends along the way and that is very important to us. Up times, down times, and even on a few sideways times we come back to it, turn the lights on, load the smokers and wait for friends to come in. That’s the simple idea that is important to us.
