Fermented using Georgtown's house yeast for a nice twist on this classic stye, this English-style Mild Ale is designed to be consumed early and often. Multiple additions of Fuggle lend herbaceious hints to malt notes of toffee, dark chocolate and 15 minutes of peace and quiet before you have to pick up the kids from soccer practice. 4.3% 10 IBU’s

A collaboration brewed with our great friends Ladd and Lass Brewing to celebrate Big Time Breweries 35th anniversary! This winter ale will warm you to the bone while fulfilling your taste buds desires. An extensive malt bill with Pale, Vienna, Munich, Aromatic Munich, Caramel 40, 75, 120, and a touch of Roasted. Then hopped with Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial. It's piney, citrusy, and spicy. It's the beer we have been wanting to brew for 35 years. A huge thank you to Ladd and Lass for their friendship and for brewing this amazing beer with us at Big Time Brewery. 7.8% abv 60 IBU's
