This coffee is grown on the La Folie farm run by Luis Pedro Zelaya in the Antigua region. We've roasted it to highlight fresh floral notes, chocolate, and a smooth acidity. This bag contains 12 ounces of coffee.

These lovely beans come from Jose Amilcar's family farm, Huertesitas. This small, mountainous farm is located in the Intibuca department of Honduras know for its complex and rich coffees. We're proud to be partnering with Nordic Approach who helped acquaint us with Jose's
