The family-owned restaurant was started by Shawn Davis (affectionately known as Chef Big Shake), and his wife Robin. The first location was opened in January 2014 in Franklin, TN. Specializing in Chicken, Fish, and Southern sides, their motto is "Good Food + Good Music = Good Times. The University store is their second Huntsville location. The other location address is 671 Martin Road SW near Gate 7 of the arsenal.
