We start with a bed of seasoned rice sautéed onions, green and red bell peppers. Next we add a layer of our savory Stir Fry Cabbage, Collard Greens, Pinto Beans, and garnished with diced Tomatoes. Served with a hunk of Vegan Cornbread. Other Ingredients include various spices, soy sauce, Big Mama’s No Salt Seasoning, minced garlic, canola oil, flour, cornmeal, baking powder, applesauce, and coconut milk.
