Shotzies remembering we used the back room and it was not a lil bit but very dirty. It honestly looked like it was never even cleaned and there were small kids there. just seemed like they didn't care what ppl thought. it's never a good image for a buissness that relys on return customer or clientele.

This is truly a remarkable place. A great all round experience. ...and, Service dog friendly! Great food Owner! Great staff! The owner of this establishment most certainly cares about his patrons but most of all, his community.

UPDATE 1/13/2024: Last weekend, it happened again. Placed a phone order, had my son pick it up. Again, I was shorted the dessert I purchased. I called immediately and was told the manager would be notified and my card would be credited. Just checked my card for the credit. Was the problem corrected? NO. Such a shame. I have no complaints with the food and appreciate having a local business, but seriously...I"M DONE. 1st TIME..... I've been using the pickup option throughout the pandemic & since then. I've always been pleased with order takers & those who brought the food out. Food orders were accurate. My last order, I was shorted part of the order. I tried to get a credit on my card that day and 2-3 days later. Both times, the manager was unavailable and did not call me back to correct their error.

Always like going to Big Chief - the new surprise was the fried pepperoncini - very good!

Average food, nice vibe and staff.

My fiancee and I were coming back home from a funeral and stopped by this cozy restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious, temperature perfect, atmosphere relaxing,and our server was professional and friendly. We were very pleased and full when we left ,so we took a piece of carrot cake to go and enjoyed it at home. I forgot to put my fiance had the pizza with pineapples also a great lunchtime snack.

Wonderful place! Every time I leave I am happy and stuffed, and often with a togo bag!
