1. FLOOR MANAGEMENT TOO WEAK 2. SERVICE MODERATELY BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL 3. IN SOME RESPECT FOOD SERVED ARE NOT AUTHENTIC 4. NO VALUE FOR MONEY 5. OVERALL AMBIENCE NOT AS GOOD AS PUBLICIZED BY SOME FOOD VLOGGERS. 6. NO SEPARATE ARRANGEMENTS W.R.T. FAMILY RESTAURANT AND BAR.

Average place and average taste

Big Boss is one of the famous restaurants in Kolkata Tangra ( China Town) which offers many Chinese dishes and drinks. No pork is there. But to me the taste wasn't that much satisfying comparing a few restaurants which I visited earlier in that area. Ambiance is good and so as the service.

Environment is calm and cozy. Lighting is sufficient. Service is soft touch. Finally food is great.
