We produce aromatic and ethereal wines that transparently and authentically express our vineyards and the varieties we work with through natural fermentation and a focus on whole cluster. We farm organically and practice minimal intervention as a way to capture the uniqueness of the ocean-influenced, mountain vineyards we source from. From bottles, to glasses, to flights - there are a multitude of ways to taste through our wines and get a sense of what we are all about. Our grape-to-glass mentality is mirrored in our food menu. For this culinary collaboration, we worked with local growers, makers, and chefs of the Santa Cruz region who had an aligned vision - respect for the environment, locally-focused, artisanal in nature.
