BIG aLICe BREWING began production in Queens, NY in January 2013. On our original 10-gallon pilot system, we brewed one-off batches connecting with local CSAs (Community Shared Agriculture) and Food Co-ops to find local, fresh, and organic ingredients with the idea of preserving seasonal flavors through beer. Queens expansion in 2014 added a taproom for onsite drinking and increased brewing capacity. In 2019 we opened our Barrel Room, a dedicated barrel aging facility and taproom within Industry City, Brooklyn. On May 1st, 2021 we opened our third location. Located in Geneva, NY is our larger brewery, taproom, and amazing grounds. Our family and dog-friendly facility encompass the laid-back and relaxing atmosphere of the Finger Lakes.
