Horrible experience they treated us like we owe them.. worst service n communication. Over all the restaurant runs only by name nothing else... better to go to any bengali cuisine.

If I have an option to give zero I will go with it ! The give waiting for 20 minutes and do it for 1 hour

1. The security Gaurd did not want us to wait in queue, we requested to write our name, he just wanted everyone to leave. He had no update on wait time. Said management dint tel him. 2. After just 30 mins we got entry, and waited 15 mins for menu card to be given. 3. We ordered "Hirok Raja Thali", we got thali after 35 mins. 4. Food quality was below average and not worth the price. We realized the staffs were right all along, starting from Security to server, its not woth the wait, its not worth the price. HIGHLY, NOT RECOMMENDED!

AC is not working. Even we requested fan, they have not provided. Food was good but due to AC we have not eaten much. Requesting Authority to change the ACs.
