Betty's Blendies- Better than shaved ice! It is a different category entirely.. But the best way to describe it is similar to Italian ice. It has the flavor of shaved ice, smooth consistency of ice cream and looks like Italian ice. It's a Blendie! Native to San Antonio, Betty has been making these delicious creations for years and with the help of her children- we're proudly able to share with the city of San Antonio.
