Better Call Salsa is Charlotte NC's first scratch-made, artisanal tacos & churros food truck. Our tacos are served on fresh heirloom corn tortillas that are nixtamalized daily to produce the freshest masa possible. BCS ingredients are sourced locally from the Carolinas or from their cultural place of origin.
