I love the food here, my favorite teriyaki place in Everett. Plus the sushi is really good too. The only complaint is the soda fountain syrup usually tastes a little off. But all the food is great and the service too.
On March 21st, I scheduled for a later pick up for three orders. The woman who came out to greet me was nice and courteous. Once I got home I was impressed that the portions are worth the price (considering how expensive Teriyaki menus are these days). I was also surprised to see that the napkins were artistically wrapped around the utensils. For so many years that I haven’t gone to Bento Factory, I am glad I chose this place for today’s to-go order.
great food for a great value
Been going here the last 12 years. Much less since we moved up North. I always order the same thing. This time was going to order ahead online, but decided to order in the store. Wanted to order the sweet and sour chicken and substitute yakisoba for the side, like I always do. I pay extra as usual. The online app was going to charge extra as well. Lady working said I could not do it, that was only able to do it online. Ok I guess you don't want me to spend more money here. Great job.
excellent food and service
