Very dull atmosphere

My husband and I walked in on a Tuesday night to place an order for take out . We walked right up to the bar and Tammy was serving ( got her name from the receipt) she refused to take our order we waited and waited watched her even service other people behind us . She wouldn’t even look at us did not ask if we needed anything . Her customer service was absolutely terrible . Thankfully a kind man came out and did eventually help us .
