Located adjacent to Berg's first concept, B&B Butchers & Restaurant, Benny Chows will offer elevated Cantonese eats with a nod to the Houston dining culture. Designed by local architect powerhouse Isaac Preminger along with owner Benjamin Berg and VP of Design & Experience, Sam Governale, who oversee the interior design together, the well-appointed 5,489 sq. ft. space will dazzle guests with its Chinese-inspired design elements throughout and include a Peking duck room. Menu items will include clever dim sum creations along with the classics including Peking duck, dumplings, fried rice, and noodle dishes, filet mignon beef & broccoli and rotating, seasonally inspired dishes.
