We had a great experience at this Benihana location. Food was good and we enjoyed our meal. Staff was friendly.

The service at this restaurant has always been good up until today ! My delivery order was incorrect and I called to get it resolved . Resolution was handled so poorly , I refuse to go back to this location. The manager Beatriz LIED about how she could help and did the opposite. Please give her the adequate training she needs . Thanks Sharon for your excellent service( best server)

My husband and I came in here to celebrate my birthday and we had an amazing server named Dani. She really made our experience one to remember.. of course you come in And expect a performance from the chef, But I really made a connection with our server.. We will be back!

Such a fun place!! We have been coming here for many moons. Always have a good time. Our server even did a back tuck!!

It was awesome my daughter choose this location for her Birthday, Byron our chef was amazing and Ashley took care of us, place look good and very clean we drove and 1.45 minutes well worth it thanks Kid-friendliness: Enough for them to chose

I've been here many times before I haven't been here for over a year and recommended to my friends who haven't been to a benihana since New York. The chef was not quality standard that I'm used to at this restaurant. The hostess even though with the reservation said they would seat us forgot about us and then we brought to her attention she immediately seated us. She definitely forgot about us bc she asked us again how many children's menus. The portions are definitely smaller than previous. So basically you are paying for a dinner and a show by the chef. I'm assuming the chef was very new. We were there for an anniversary of sorts. We arrived for an early dinner, so there weren’t many people there. We got our own private chef! We both got seafood dishes and they were very good. The server was very attentive and we enjoyed our chef who is young but did a great job. The manager even checked in with us. Thanks Chef Alex!

5 Stars - Great Happy Hour selections & service. Friendly, attentive bartender. 3 stars - dinner chef. We were taken to a grill & assigned a chef who had poor cooking skills. One guest gasped that the noodles were terrible. The plates were inconsistent, with most lacking in portion size. Several guests complained either about the taste of their dish or the anemic-sized portions. Large disparity between price & quality. PRO-TIP-- call ahead & request a skilled Chef with ample experience cooking hibachi style meals. Too expensive of a menu to leave hungry. Kid-friendliness: Family-friendly atmosphere.
