Benihana

I was thoroughly underwhelmed by my experience at Benihana, which failed to meet my expectations in several ways. While my son enjoys watching food being prepared in front of him, the chef's rushed performance lacked the signature flair and entertainment we've come to associate with teppanyaki cooking. Notably, the absence of aerial food tosses and the hasty preparation of noodles - cooked in under 45 seconds and served almost immediately - detracted from the experience. Unfortunately, the food itself was also unappetizing. For a genuinely enjoyable and quality hibachi experience, I would wholeheartedly recommend Kobe's instead. No need to pay twice the price for food that won’t be satisfying!

I have been to Benihana in a few cities and had a great experience. I recently moved here and was happy to see a Benihana was located close by. We were celebrating an occasion so decided to go last night, needless to say it will be the last. The service was slow and we did not get our ice cream or shorbet that came with the meal.

I went yesterday. This place has really gone down. The bartender was rude because he was complaining about not getting tips all day. The service. It took 45 min for my drink. We sat at 830 and the chef did not come until 943. I specifically said I don't eat meat. The chef had a language barrier and kept trying to put meat on my plate. That means I ended up having to order from the back. Which meant my food didn't come for 30 more minutes. Everyone at the table had mushrooms They forgot mine and tried to uncharge me to make them. Needles to say I did not eat . . Yes, after waiting 2 hours I had to leave hungry. It was my birthday.

Loud, overpriced, slow...all over the place. It is very expensive for 2 hours to make an average meal. Don't go there

Great food and service

Enjoyed my time here at Benihana great calm atmosphere with very attentive service from my server Marcela! The chef some time to come out but Mauro was very lively and talkative, made our show more enjoyable! The food was super tasty as I got the Benihana trio the steak was cooked to perfection. The drinks were also very delicious and little wait time. Would definitely come back more often!
