My initial experience at Bella Rossa on Hudson Lane was quite disappointing. I believe it would be wise for them to reconsider their Italian section. The ravioli I ordered was incredibly dry, and the accompanying gravy resembled more of a mishmash of onion and tomato, similar to a pao bhaji. Furthermore, the tiramisu lacked the distinct flavors of coffee and cheese, and instead resembled a layer cake topped with ice cream.
