Black Sesame
Dark, rich and nutty, we use premium black sesame seeds only from Japan as they are sweeter and more pronounced. We slowly blend them into a smooth and aromatic paste to transform them into a delicious gelato flavour. This intense flavour could resemble a thick nut butter.
Chocolate Amarena Cherry
Our traditional 63% dark chocolate gelato with the addition of the semi-candied Amarena cherries from Italy. This semi sweet gelato is perfectly balanced between sweet and sour, making it the perfect combination for someone with a savoury profile.

Toasted Pecan With Vancouver Island Sea Salt
Our winning ‘Best Flavour’ at the Gelato Festival in Italy, we use roasted pecans to make a homemade paste and sprinkle Vancouver Island Sea Salt to perfectly balance the sweetness of the flavour, with chopped pecans for a nutty and chewy texture.

We slow cook Dulce de Leche into a distinctive caramel sauce, adding a touch of Vancouver Island Sea Salt. This sweet and salty gelato balances out perfectly, making it one of our most sought-after flavours.
Wickedly Burnt Caramel
Slow cooking our in-house caramel sauce until it gets dark, and a bitter taste starts to emerge. Swirling the sauce throughout our caramel gelato, creating a slightly smoky, velvety smooth deep flavour that’s rich yet not overly sweet.
Madagascar Vanilla
Using real Madagascar vanilla beans, despite being the second most expensive spice in the world, our traditional vanilla is light and rich, extremely creamy and bursting with real vanilla flavor that’s not too sweet, but just perfect.
Earl Grey Tea
Earl Grey is a black tea with hints of bergamot oil. This citrusy and elegant taste could be compared to a London Fog latte. We infuse organic tea leaves to catch its special aroma, and add a pinch of fresh Madagascar Vanilla to make this creamy, delicious flavour.
Espresso With Chocolate Bark
Freshly ground Lavazza coffee beans are used to make espresso shots, then poured into the gelato to set, making it balanced, light and airy. Premium dark chocolate from Michel Cruizel is made into an authentic chocolate sauce and drizzled throughout to create chocolate bark chunks.

Using only fresh French lavender, we infuse the lavender flowers in fresh milk overnight, to get a creamy and decadent white gelato. Little specs of lavender remain present giving it a nice sweet and fragrant flavour.
White Coffee (Apr-Sept)
Whole Lavazza coffee beans are soaked in fresh milk overnight to infuse the coffee flavour and get the fragrance from the coffee bean oil. The flavour resembles a fresh latte, sweet and light and simple irresistible!

Using very ripe bananas, we puree them down and mix into our gelato to create a banana gelato bursting with sweet flavours. Adding in freshly baked banana bread chunks, we gently fold in throughout to give this chewy and crunchy texture that tastes just like grandmas recipe!
