- Simcoe SmashIpa-american / 6.9% abv / 70 ibu a single malt and single hop american ipa that uses vienna malt and simcoe hops. The vienna malt adds a nice golden color with a light malt sweetness and smooth mouthfeel. Simcoe hops will add a hints of berry and citrus with a background of pine.$7.00
- Above The WavesBrown ale-other / 6% abv / 78 ibu a hoppy version of an india brown ale malt backing consisting of toffee and mild coffee flavors. Slight caramel to mesh with the toffee. Great hope balance using amarillo, columbus, and simcoe. Dry hopped with simcoe and columbus for a mild dank and pine to blend with the toffee aroma$7.00
