Indulge in our Pulled Jerk Chicken Sandwich – slow-cooked, seasoned perfection on a soft bun. Spicy, smoky, and irresistibly flavorful. A Caribbean-inspired sensation in every bite.

Series 4 brings you a Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon/Ale Hybrid. This unique libation has been aged in a Bourbon barrel for 28 months! Expect a dark red wine-like experience with a smooth, tannin rich finish. VERY limited release!

Series 3 brings us our Belgian Tripel that was brewed with local Maryland clover honey and barrel conditioned foe 14 months with Brettanomyces and a 5 peppercorn blend. Expect Brett inspired aromas that are perceived as earthy and wet hay-like. Light honey notes come through as the beer warms. The flavor is complex with a spicy/peppery presence up front followed by an earthy, barnyard-like character. The higher alcohol is well hidden by the complexity of this unique brew. Like all of our Wild Side beers, this one will age well!

ABV 5% IBU 20 Whether you’re beach bound or couch bound this Blonde Ale is smooth sailing from start to finish.

ABV 5% IBU 8 Don’t be scared by the word sour, this little number is tart but not mouth puckering. The combination of fresh pureed cantaloupe and huell melon hops leave you with an incredibly thirst-quenching gluten free beer.

This West-Coast style IPA is a flavor bomb. Expect citrus aromas and an Earthy taste. Made with millet, buckwheat, and rice, this IPA is an easy drinker

ABV 6% IBU 45 The perfect combination of millet, rice and buckwheat produce a complex and flavorful taste including hints of chocolate and coffee.

Hints of cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg are present to create flavors and aromas of a fresh baked oatmeal cookie. Just like grandma use to make!

ABV 4.8% IBU 9 This is a traditional German-style Gose with a twist! We replaced traditional table salt that usually goes into the brewing process and added pink Himalayan salt in its place. We then added cucumber and honeydew melon to the conditioning tank to give this beer a wonderful aroma and refreshing flavor.

Imperial stout was originally brewed in England by request of the Russian Czar, Peter the Great, who fell in love with the rich, dark, coffee flavors and robust mouthfeel. This big beer style could easily handle the long voyage from England to Russia whereas most styles of moderate alcoholic strength would spoil. Our version pays tribute to the iconic style. Expect aromas and flavors of strong coffee/espresso, bittersweet chocolate and dark fruits, just to name a few. This beer gains complexity as it warms in the glass. A full bodied mouthfeel and alcoholic warmth lets you know this is one big beer!

ABV 4.3% IBU 45 Plenty of Citra, Chinook an Simcoe hops give this session IPA the hop punch you are looking for without all the alcohol making it a perfect spring/summertime go to.

Just like grandma use to make....well, kinda. We added Korintje cinnamon, which is known for its exceptional flavor, and other select spices and added it to our cider to leave an impression of that wonderful pie you remember as a kid! Thanks grandma!

ABV 6.2% IBU 55 An American style IPA with a twist. Copious amounts of American and New Zealand hops set this IPA apart from your run of the mill versions of this flavorful style.

ABV 8.5% IBU 77 What's behind a name? In this case it is the hops! Crazy doses of Mosaic and Motueka hops are added to this BIG brew. Large amounts of oats and wheat are used in this brew giving it a smooth mouthfeel that compliments its tropical and juicy flavor.

With an aroma of just baked pumpkin pie and a flavor to match, our seasonal pumpkin beer utilizes fresh pureed pumpkin in the brewing process along with our unique spice blend to make a beer that even Ichabod Crane would approve of!

ABV 5.1% IBU 18 An easy-drinking, light golden ale with great balance. A truly refreshing pint!

Sour-fruited 5% ABV 20 IBU This spring/summertime sour is sure to please peach and sour fans alike. Generous amounts of pureed white peaches and a touch of whole Madagascar vanilla beans were added to this sour during its conditioning. What you get is a tart yet sweet flavor of peach and a wisp of vanilla. A flavorful beer that is both refreshing and thirst quenching.

IPA-American 8% ABV 68 IBU Brewed especially for our 5 year anniversary, this BIG IPA it dry hopped TWICE with Galaxy, Mosiac and Zappa hops. A touch of Honey Malt along with Crystal malt give it a nice balance. Be sure to say hi to our brewery cat who the beer is named after!

Named after Speedy's lethargic cousin, this Mexican-Style lager is clean, crisp, light-bodied an refreshing. It's the best beer outside of all Mexico!

Our brown ale gets its nutty, caramel flavor from the use of dark crystal, brown an melanoidin malts. An easy drinking, malty brew that is sure to satisfy fans of the style.

Lager - American Light 4% ABV 11 IBU The name says it all! This beer is brewed for those dog days of summer and for those that enjoy a crisp, lightly hopped American-style lager!
