Our pork ribs are marinated for hours. Then, we cover them with a special rib paint while cooking them to perfection. A pound of ribs usually contains 6 ribs.

3-5 Chicken usually feeds 3-5 people. It contains 1 whole chicken and 1/2 chicken with your choice of 2 pints of vegetables. It comes with 5 slices of homemade bread, 1/2 a pint of barbecue sauce, and pickles and onions.

5-7 meal feeds approximately 5-7 people. It contains 3/4 pound brisket, 3/4 pound sausage, and 1/2 pound ham with your choice of 2 quarts of vegetables. It comes with 7 slices of homemade bread, 1 pint of barbeque sauce, and pickles and onions.

3-5 Rib meal feeds approximately 3-5 people. It contains a slab of ribs with your choice of 2 pints of vegetables. It comes with 5 slices of homemade bread, 1/2 pint of barbeque sauce, and pickles and onions.

5-7 meal feeds approximately 5-7 people. It contains 2 whole chickens with your choice of 2 quarts of vegetables. It comes with 7 slices of homemade bread, 1 pint of barbeque sauce, and pickles and onions.

Our combination meal feeds approximately 5-7 people. It contains 1/2 pound brisket, 1/2 pound sausage, 1 pound of ribs, and a whole chicken with your choice of 2 quarts of vegetables. It comes with 7 slices of homemade bread, 1 pint of barbeque sauce, and pickles and onions.

A medium pan feeds approximately 40 people.

A large pan feeds approximately 60 people.
