bb.q Chicken Northpark (Irvine)

I always order the honey garlic wings and usually it's perfection. The last two times I ordered...not so much. Not sure if they changed the person running the kitchen but the chicken had three times the batter on it and not so much sauce. So with one bite it's literally a mouthful of bland clumpy batter before you can get to the chicken. I might try a different location and see if this is a new standard.

This place is a hit or miss. The food is fantastic when it's cooked properly. Can't say much about the service as in most locations high school kids are operating the front end of the store and it's not the cleanest restaurant you have ever been to. Parking: They are located mostly In large shopping centers Kid-friendliness: Small place, good for kids

Sorry but I can tell they are using the old oil. ☹️

Actually I took out the food so did not stay there for a long time. So nothing much to say but food was okay and service was okay. Not an excellent so leaving 4 stars

Separate fryer for non-spicy foods would be nice. Didn't expect my french fries to be spicy.

The chickens had a weird after taste, probably from the old oil. But the most frustrating part is that the server got our Togo order wrong.

Chicken is very dry. Doesn’t taste good. Fries are good, very crispy.
