Baskin-Robbins

Went in to get ice cream, there was this one blonde girl and this other girl with bubble braids, and as soon as we walk in the door the blonde one immediately gives us dirty looks and continues to give us an attitude as we order. When we asked to get some extra spoons she grabs a handful of them and basically throws them into our bag and she was just being very passive aggressive the entire time

I used to like 31 - The ice cream is not as creamy as it used to be & the flavors also changed What going on ? Cheaper ingredients? No Ty.

Wow. Just wow! It’s a good thing they don’t make the ice cream! We went in to get a couple scoops and I had mentioned to the staff that all their tables were dirty. She just brushed it off after finishing our transaction, then went to the back to finish her conversation. We were left standing with our ice cream! Literally the tables were covered with sticky ice cream! When we came in they were all sitting on the coolers they have against the wall. I’m assuming the manager, came up to talk with us and made it seem like it was no big deal. Why is it so hard to have a little pride and respect in your work?!

Found 4 Pieces of Hair in my Ice Cream and then there was flaky things that was not supposed to be in my ice cream 0/10

Staff was super friendly tonight and let my daughter sample a few different options without losing their patience lol.

I am so glad I came here. I am lactose intolerant, and when I came here I was think it's just going to be like all the other Baskin Robbins, but no. I looked at the ice cream and found out that they had non-dairy ice cream, and that made me so happy. I am definitely coming back for more. Also, the employees were so nice they were sweet enough to tell me if there were any other BR that had non-dairy ice cream they said that their boss owned 2 more places that serve non-dairy ice cream. So because of them, I now know where I can find dairy free ice cream that will not mess with my stomach. the two employees who helped me deserve a raise.

Very bad service. I love Baskin Robbins except this place. Look to hire different employees
