I'm black ceaser the world traveler and I've been to this place many of times though the service isn't good the company is good thru a restructuring.. now for a real review the icecream was good and in March baseball nut is serve d if you call in before time they will have your order on time they are asking for more cashiers and serves people so if anyone wants a job go here ( everyone knows I never go to any place that I deemed wasn't good if you looked at my reviews ...so give this place a break five stars

My husband and I stopped here at 10 pm on may 14th, 2022. We ordered milkshakes and were told it was going to take 20 minutes because there were two milkshake orders in front of us and they were trying to clean up and close the milkshake machine. Why would you try to close it at 10 when the hours are listed as open till midnight? By time we pulled around to the window, the order of milkshakes in front of us was done and being given to the customer. So the little brunette girl lied for what? To do less work? Lazy and inconsiderate.

The white lady in here is nasty. She's rude and has a attitude over the headset, I'm a believer in everyone should hold a food service job at some point in thier life but the straight up disrespect was absolutely disgusting. The other girl she was working with was wonderful tho love her ♥️.

My friend and I went to get ice cream like we usually do at this location, but today's experience was less than stellar. Mind you, this is around 4:30 p.m.. we go to order our ice cream, and we're told that both of our first choices were unavailable. So were our second and third choices. And apparently they do not carry chocolate sprinkles...what ice cream place doesn't carry chocolate sprinkles? Anyway, I settled for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, and to my surprise the cookie dough chunks were beyond stale, and rainbow sprinkles were added, without my consent. When we went inside to correct the order, we were not acknowledged in a timely manner (the girls were too busy gossiping in the corner) and got a half-hearted apology for their poor service. No explanation at all. When you have a bunch of teenagers working behind the counter, completely unaware of inventory and inability to solve customer complaints, that is how you lose service. And this location lost both of ours today. Stick with Frozen Farmer or Vanderwendes, at least it's fresh and you're getting what you pay for.

They put what they want in your coffee and are slow. Use the same dirty rag to wipe down no sanitize bucket. I'm old school you rinse that rag out muliple times not drag bacteria across counter.

ice cream didn't look like the picture at all. Both orders also were slightly wrong. big disappointment

Went to Baskin Robbins on 08-02-20, When we arrived we asked for Chocolate ice cream the girl stated did not have, asked for vanilla she did not have,asked for strawberry Ice Cream did not have, asked for chocolate chip did not have so I asked what ice cream did you have, she stated she didn't know I asked her to let me know what ice cream did she have and she came back and said that they had frozen yogurt. Therefore since there was not ice cream there you lost a customer. The above occurred approximately 8:30 pm. Where's the ice cream?
