Well, we went in to take advantage of the birthday BOGO cones. The deal would not come up in the app. The employees were nice, but didn't have a clue that the promotion was even going on. I received several emails, and saw ads on TV as well. We were given a free scoop THIS TIME (not quite the same thing)THING. Ordering a cake for Christmas, may have to go to PV location.

I went there yesterday and unfortunately I ended up getting bad stomach issues after eating the ice cream

BAD BAD BAD experience. Some owners just don’t have a clue when it comes to customer service. My granddaughter didn’t like the ice cream she chose, but BASKIN ROBBINS would NOT give her a new one!! I had just spent about $30 there on our total order. WOW. YOU GUYS SUCK!

Delicious. Walked in and it smelled delicious. My wife and I wanted to try different flavors. Daiquiri Ice and Beach Day.

Love this location,been going over 20 years.Karen is great & the owners are amazing. I love the Cappuccino Blasts.
