Good ice cream and worth to try

I went to Baskin Robin to get a cake for my daughter’s birthday, it seems costumers are not allowed to open the fridge with the cakes, one of the associate started shouting at me asking why am I in the fridge and it continues as I try to check out the cake, I asked for a manager after the associate was trying to take the cake away….. very dissatisfied service

Very bad customer service, I called to cancel a cake that I’ve ordered but they could not only help me with my concern but they also hang up on me while I talk to the guy. Very rude!!!!

Either everything is out of stock or the workers on duty haven't been trained to make the item advertised.

Order delivered completely wrong. Store added almond ice cream to order which was not the flavor ordered, posing a health hazard
