Went through drive-thru. Was handed two ice cream cones with no napkins. Who does that?

My sundaes looked like 1 scoop, I ordered 2 scoops ..each one of them was a 1/2 scoop each. Stone Cold Creamery way better

Piece of garbage Baskin Robbins. I wanted to buy a large amount of rainbow sherbet and the person working responded that her manager doesn’t order it anymore. SO.. this message goes out to the “manager”…- imagine being so ignorant that you actually make a conscious decision to NOT order the best flavor this store has had since its inception. You legitimately SUCK.

We went to the store on a Wednesday afternoon at 3:30 to get ice cream. The temperature outside was 93. They were cleaning the ice cream coolers so we could not get ice cream.🤷‍♀️ Why are you cleaning your coolers in the middle of the afternoon when it’s 93 outside?

The service was amazing compared to the lack of management not helping with staffing issues (I only seen one person on shift)a manager should have stepped up and helped out instead of ignoring the problem. the person who helped me (I didn’t get a name) with my order I had no issues with my order everything was amazing he was very nice and polite for being stressed out with a line of car in the drive thru he should get a raise for doing more work then what he’s probably getting paid for

Just ordered three 2 scoop cups, delivered by Door Dash (DD was great) and I will never order from Baskin Robbins again. 2 of the cups were acceptable sized scoops, but the 3rd cup was less than what would be in the kids sized portion. This is the second time they have done this. We had decided to give them another chance but now wish I had just stayed with Dairy Queen.

Ordered two double scoops in dipped waffle cones. Got one scoop of melted ice cream in one and less than a scoop in a bowl and the waffle cones were not dipped. Waste of money and not the first time we have been disappointed with this location.

I had ordered a cake for my fiancées birthday, he really wanted Mexican Chocolate Brownie flavored ice cream, Stanley was kind enough to explain to me that, that particular flavor was a flavor of the month ice cream and it was a mistake on their part that I was able to select it when ordering online. Stanley and his team resolved the issue quickly and were very accommodating to my changes. I couldn’t ask for better customer service from a company!

They literally told the Door Dasher they had no ice cream? But they are still showing as open, and there's people taking orders for ice cream. Make that make sense. I should have checked the reviews, then I wouldn't have been surprised.

They did a great job! Very kind! This was for dunkin donuts.

I used to go here from time to time, but stopped going when I looked in the freezer and saw flies literally frozen right next the ice cream.

Is this real life? Girl in pink tie dye sweatshirt with a big happy face on your back! We give you the order on the speaker, you forget.. ask again AND then we get to the window and have to tell you again! We ask for 2 scoops of ice cream with a side waffle bowl AND with your hands hand us a waffle bowl with barely a scoop of ice cream?! WHO. DOES. THAT? You put the ice cream in a container.. make it 2 full scoops and give us a dang side waffle bowl we ordered 3 flipping times! Seriously calling your boss tomorrow.

Awesome Awesome Awesome, such amazing customer service and patience and quality and freshness! I just wish I could start ordering the doughnuts double filled.

Update February 2023- I tried to order some ice cream through DoorDash and my dasher was told by the people working that they "don't do ice cream". I don't even know how to respond. Are always out of flavors. They either need to close down the Baskins Robin's section or Dunkin Donuts or update their online menu. So frustrating and disappointing. Will never order from them again and I don't recommend anyone else go here either.

I ordered a Reese’s layered sundae and they gave me a scoop of Reese’s ice cream and a small scoop of cookie dough at the bottom. I am gluten free and I ate it without realizing. I know it’s not an allergen friendly place and it wouldn’t go if I had a severe allergy but I do have a gluten intolerance and I usually don’t have an issue at fast food places. They should really be more careful about that kind of thing because they could make someone really sick.
