Found an acrylic nail tip in my ice cream. Was refunded, but won’t be going back. No one wears gloves and things like this are a huge health concern.

I've personally never had a problem visiting here. I get help soon as I walk through the door. When I ordered my birthday cake online, it was ready on time and delicious

If you could avoid this franchise in Midcity please do! The two young ladies who worked 6/1 6pm are very rude, and clearly customer service, are working for any business in the service profession is not for them. Clearly they are unhappy and better off Quitting! Do the owners and the customer a favor and just quit. Walked in, the young lady was on her phone….. she looked up and continued texting on her phone, the other young lady just stood there looked up and just looked back down…. Stood there a little longer thinking maybe they are just in the middle of something, I said excuse me, but did I come in at a bad time. She responded annoyed and said What?…. Girrrrrl…….. do yourself a favor and just quit. That was my first and last time visiting the mid city location. If the owner only knew….. they are a disgrace to the franchise. They need to be fired.. Y’all the service was so bad…….

Walked in at 8:59 and was told they were closed and turned away. Next time if you’re closed lock the door. Customer service is dead.
