The bathroom smells so bad. Don't go in before you eat.
Bought an ice-cream cake and the they were very rude when we were getting 6 spoons so the kids could eat it. He asked that the spoons be returned after being touched and stated he would disinfect them. Never been to a more rude BR ever.
Went in with a family of 9 to celebrate a birthday dessert. Spent a lot of money to get so much rudeness and attitude! Will never visit this location again.
Terable never come here if i could give it 0 stars I would. I got a peanut butter ice cream and the peanut butter was terrible. The service was terrible so rude and for a party of 9 we got two samples and it was for a party not a group thing. They did not ask what we wanted are ice cream in and for one of us did not ask how many scoops we wanted! I was seriously just disappointed

Sadly, I have to change my review from 5 stars to 2⭐️. The service my family and I received was terrible. It was as if we were a nuisance to the man behind the counter. And he wasn’t the only one, there was another gentleman working alongside but he never made eye contact. The ice cream was still well stocked and the place reasonably clean but if I’m going to pay for bad service, I may as well go to the Baskin Robbins closer to my house. After having a terrible experience at the Baskin Robbins on Williams we decided to go to this location on Vets. It was super busy and for good reason. This place was running like a well oiled machine. Almost as organized as Chick fil-A. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the ice cream was well stocked. From now on we will only go to this BR on Veterans even though we live much closer to the one on Williams. Great job to whomever is running this establishment.
Ice cream is great and cant lie customer service is amazing is good service here although just wait time is sometimes long.
I placed an ubereats order and they got it wrong twice. I tried to call and speak with an associate at the store and he rushed me off of the phone and didn’t hear me out and hang up in my face. I used to go to this baskin Robbins all the time. Not anymore. They have lost a customer. If you want to keep a business running and growing, you must treat guests politely.
