Being from Philadelphia, I must say this is the slowest Dunkin service I've ever seen. I spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for a coffee. There was only 2 ppl ahead of me. In-store experience was the same. You can make a pot of coffee and bake donuts faster than this location can l.
Great service at the counter. I came in to pick up a few dozen doughnuts for my kids school parties and the employee at the counter was very patient with me and filled my order perfectly. I am very appreciative and so were my kids and their classmates, thank you
If you are in HighPoint and dying for some Baskin-Robbins ice cream do not visit the location on Eastchester Rd. I ordered a 3 scoop butter pecan sundae with strawberry topping whip cream and nuts. I got a cup full of ice cream and ice indicating the ice cream may have been old, freezer burnt or just bad. There was no strawberry syrup with the tiny tiny I mean tiny less than a spoonful of strawberry chunks (pinky nail size) who doesn’t know you are suppose to put the toppings on before the whip cream and nuts. I will never go there again. Thanks for nothing Baskin-Robbins. A true waste of $7.36. Trust money not well worth spent. You really deserve no stars.
They never have what you want. Have gone 2x over the last month asking for mint chocolate chip milkshake and they never have it. Then you can't even go in to see their other flavors because the inside is closed. They never have anything or they choose when they feel like being open or not. Might as well close it indefinitely.
We waited around inside for about 10 minutes. No one came to take our order. No one greeted us or said that it would just take a minute. No one working acknowledge that we were even there so we had to walk out
Zero out of 10 would not recommend. For some reason, the specific location has a bad habit of closing early and tell people to come back the next day. If your location is not supposed to close until 7 o’clock. There’s no reason that you’re shutting down at six I don’t care that you have to clean. I understand 15 minutes early but an hour early is unacceptable. And that’s no excuse , the last few times that I have been to this location no matter what time of day that I’ve been there they have been closed. This location is not a permanently close location. Not to mention they take forever in this location. I understand that everyone is shortstaffed. However, there’s no reason for y’all to have a line that takes a few minutes per person and y’all have four people in here. This is something that has been building overtime and I keep trying to give this location a chance because it’s close to me but I’m fed up.
2 absolutely AWFULL experiences in the same week! 1st I pull in and they are "not serving baskins" during the week. I return for a 2nd visit and was REFUSED service because I didn't make my order at the intercom thing (NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME so I drove around to the window) and offered me the corporate no. instead. How rude!
