I absolutely love BR! I've been going there since I was a little kid. I'm 50 now. My favorite is still Cherry Jubilee. Everyone at this location was really nice.

I wish I could review the food, but we never got any. Ordered a "Polar Pizza" online for a birthday event on the 17th with a pickup time of 1:15. Stopped by store to pick up, and location was closed. Called, no answer, left message. Had to go elsewhere to get a last minute replacement . Got called back later that afternoon by an employee and was told we could now come pick it up around 2:30. Explained it was now too late and we'd gotten something elsewhere. We just wanted it credited back to the card we used as we didn't get what we paid for. Was told only the owner could do the refund and that they'd give her the message and it would be done the next day. No refund. Called store back, explained situation and was again told it would be given to the owner. Nothing. Stopped into store, nice young man said only owner could do a refund and gave us a card this time, with cell number on it. Wife called, left message yesterday and still no call back or refund. Amazed that only the owner can issue a refund. At this point, having to dispute through credit card company because owner won't respond and corporate is "investigating". Will only go to Highland Village location from here on, as we like Baskin Robbins and never had any problems at that location.

Got some great ice cream last Tuesday at this location! My server Taylor was awesome and got me just what I needed. She helped we try out a couple of flavors so I could pick the perfect one too!
