Go to Leatherbys…THEY HAVE BANANAS ..baskin robbins in Elk Grove doesn’t know how to order bananas but show bananas on the menu….what a joke

The waffle cone tasted worse than a fortune cookie. It was probably a week old. They don’t offer tap water for free and they make you pay a couple dollars for it which could make you really thirsty. Overall bad experience.

Staff need more tranning for customer service.its look like they were making a fun of customer.very poor service.

Got a single scoop on a cone, the scoop was so small it barely came out of the cone. Expensive and these employees make sure to give you very little ice cream. Ive always been a fan of baskin robins but 4.29 for a very light scoop is very discouraging. Google wont let me post my photo its a depressing scoop of ice cream

Whoever owns or manages, this company should be so happy to have an employee like KATIA ! She was so kind, welcoming and had no issue giving us a few samples. Her smile, warmth and recommendations were amazing. She made me never want to go to another location again. She is absolutely amazing and I wish my company was hiring so I could steal her for myself. Lol. Thank you Katia for such an amazing experience. Your employer is so lucky to have you!!

This place is very unsanitary in terms of one of the employees that works there. This caucasian girl that has brownish red hair that is little curly kept touching her face and scratching it while she was wearing gloves and then proceeded to touch all the other cakes there. There is no point of wearing gloves if your gonna scratch your face with them. That was very disgusting. When I was buying a cake I was doing everything I can to avoid her from touching mine. I didn't even get writing on it because of her. The other employee there had a mask but she's the one that needed the mask the most. This is not the first time I seen this from her she had done something unsanitary before. Also the price on the box of the cake was different from the price In the system which was more. They told me they can't do the price they wrote on the cake. From reading the other reviews this apparently happens alot and is very unacceptable. This will be taken up to corporate.

Haven't been to Baskin Robbins in years. Had a pumpkin cheese cake ice cream. Yum!

Worst customer service that I've had in a while. Went in to choose a flavor and the guy behind the counter says," when you're ready let me know" and when I was he ignored me for five minutes doing some other work. Never turned around once to see if I was ready. When a customer comes in you're attention should be on that person and not what clean up you have to do before you go. The place is still open. This is the second time he's been rude to myself and I won't be returning as long as he's employed there. Wasn't able to catch the name but, older dark skinned guy.

Came here to pick up a birthday ice cream cake from the fridge, and spent 20 minutes trying to check out. 2 employees working with minimal customers in the store. Another employee in the back not wanting to help out with customers up front. The workers here take no initiative to keep customers satisfied or move with a bit of hustle. The part of my visit that was the most disappointing was that I got into a disagreement about the price of the cake. The price on the box, the price on the board, and fridge all state $22.99 but rang up as $26.99. I informed the worker and she just said that they go off the price in the system. What kind of B.S. is that?!? She refused to adjust the price and there was no manager there to help. She advised me I can go to the fridge and buy something else. I told her this is what my son wants at the price in which it was advertised at. Will not be returning to this store and corporate will be getting a survey about this. I will no longer support this store.

They need to update there hours i went and it was closed at 9:30 and said they closed at 12

I'm giving 1 star because you can't give negative stars. First I want to say I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party 3 weeks in advance, I didn't receive a confirmation email so I enquired with the website and was finally give a confirmation that my cake would be ready as ordered on July 7th. Well, a cake in my name was ready on time however, I ordered pistachio almond and what my 5 year old and several guests began to eat was mocha almond. So, this restaurant decided it would be funny to serve children and several others with dietary restrictions aginst coffee a coffee based ice cream. Your customer service is poor, there are many other things I can say but I won't, good luck to anyone who decides to shop or eat here.
