Employees are very very rude. If you ask questions they just ignore you and ask if you are finished, or will just assume what you want. Horrible service!!

I ordered a small strawberry milkshake and wasn’t told the price or given a receipt. When I got home I checked my credit card and I got charged the price of a large!!

Everytime we come here the staff isn't helpful and they refuse to refill the ice cream. We asked for 2 flavors and they said they didn't want to open a new box until the morning. So they have the ice cream in the back but don't want to serve their customers because it's inconvenient for them? 2nd time it's happened.. no thanks won't be back

We ordered my daughter the “Ice Cream Float Cake” for her birthday. The cake looked like a first grade student made it during recess!! It was half melted, no cherry, no straw and leaning to one side! It was also much, much, much smaller than the picture displayed on their website. I asked if anyone could doctor it up and make it semi presentable (with tears), the “manager” told me I would have to pay extra! He was very rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills! I WILL NEVER COME INTO THIS STORE AGAIN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND CAKES FROM HERE.
