Ordered Banana Split..."We are out of bananas." Ordered 3-scoop sundae and received a pint of mush.

Ice cream was far too soft.

I just came to this location to order something that is clearly in the menu but I ask the person who works there and she said that they don't have it when it clearly tell that maybe didn't feel like making it than what's the point of being open

find another location… because half the flavors were empty and finished, and they didn’t have replacements. had to get mcflurries instead :/

For the second time now I ordered ice cream from here (Uber eats) and both times I got an entirely wrong order. Ordered two different flavors and received two scoops of the same wrong flavor instead. The receipt attached had the correct order I placed each time.

in the opening hours it appears that it is open today. but I went and they told me that they are not paying attention. terrible attention

Two people working: both were friendly and engaging. Selection of ice cream was good - as was the quality. As a Dad of three satisfied kids, this was a good experience. (I enjoyed some, too)

Six flavors available, no Chocolate for a week so far. This place sux.

I came at 7:45 and was told the ice cream station was closed for the night after driving 20 mins for late night ice cream. I would rate 0 stars if I could.
