Tucked neatly into the ground floor of the historic Eddystone and a mere stone's throw from Little Caesar's Arena, Basan is a marriage of distinctive food and inimitable beverage with a lifestyle of hospitality. The name is derived from a mythological fire breathing rooster, an allusion to fare cooked over the fiery breath of the robata grill in the heart of our kitchen.
