    • Barrio Blonde, ABV: 4.7%, IBU: 14, SRM: 2.9

      You'll never forget your first blonde. Light and crisp, with a hint of malt. With just enough Czechoslovakian Saaz hops to balance out the sweetness
    • Barrio Blanco, ABV: 6.6%, IBU: 60, SRM: 3.3

      Some might say "The true test of a great white IPA is to create enough of a malt under structure to support a big beer while at the same time making it invisible, giving a stage to allow the hops to shine." So We accepted the challenge and produced just that! This White IPA has crisp bold notes of citrus that ring out loudly. Fermented with a traditional ale yeast at 6% ABV and 60 IBU s, and rides on a transparent medium body. The White IPA, Barrio Blanco, is destined to become a desert classic
    • Taylor Jayne's Raspberry Ale, ABV: 4.6%, IBU: 14

      Named after the brewer's first daughter in 1992, this is a light beer with a fruit twist. A beautiful aroma greets you, followed by a mildly sweet raspberry flavor which leaves a very clean finish. This beer is designed for those who really don't like real beer. It was originally only going to be brewed for her birth, but people have demanded it ever since, so it is always on tap
    • Copperhead Pale Ale, ABV: 6.2%, IBU: 30.5, SRM: 8.5

      This American pale ale has a great, slightly sweet malt character balanced by a great hop character. Its beautiful copper color inspired its name. It is medium to full-bodied. Bitterness is medium with medium flavor and aroma hopping. Finish is dry and clean. A great beer for "hop heads"
    • Rae's IPA, ABV: 6.6%, IBU: 55, SRM: 8.4

      Named after the Brewer's youngest daughter, Raegan Rose, this IPA is brewed just like the original from Burton upon Trent. This style calls for a high hop rate combined with an elevated alcohol content because it was brewed to survive the journey from England to Bombay as rations for British troops. Huge amounts of two row pale malt with an addition of a few specialty malts provide a nice mouth feel buried under copious additions of Columbus hops. This beer is big but finishes clean
    • Rea's Ruby Red IPA, ABV:6.3%, IBU: 55

      Rae's Ruby Red is an uncommon blend of all natural ruby red grapefruit juices and our classic India Pale ale. The dry hop fusion of C entennial, Citra and Amarillo hops give a citrus base that connects with the sweet and slightly tart nature of three different grapefruits chosen for their capacity to complement this outstanding ale
    • Barrio Rojo, ABV: 5.5%, IBU:22, SRM: 17

      Great American Beer Festival Category: 64 Scottish-Style Ale Bronze Metal winner. Barrio Rojo is our newest version of a low hop, very malty, Scottish Ale. Traditionally Scottish Ales contained very minimal to zero hops allowing the higher amount of malt to shine through in the form of sweetness. We took our time to caramelize the brewing sugars to create a low bitterness, sweet beer with notes of caramel brown sugar and cinnamon
    • Santa Rita Jefeweizen, ABV: 5.5%, IBU: 10, SRM: 3.7

      Brewed with 40 percent wheat, and a special yeast gives this German classic subtle tones of banana and clove. Brewed traditionally during the summer months, it is unfiltered so it's full of vitamin B from the yeast and served with a lemon wedge just like in the Deutscheland
    • Nolan's Porter Ale, ABV: 6.0%, IBU: 32, SRM: 34

      Named after the first son of the brewer back in 1993, it was awarded the Gold medal for Robust Porter category in 2008 in America at the Great American Beer Festival. If you like dark, rich, and very complex beers, go no further than this offering
    • Mocha Java Stout, ABV: 5.5%, IBU: 28, SRM: 32

      Brewed with Euro-espresso roasted coffee. This delight is cold steeped then recirculated for two days with a low fat, non-sweet, cocoa addition to the brew. There are additions of flaked oats and milk sugars to give a balance of sweetness to give you a full creamy mouth feel with every sip. Bitterness is low to moderate just to offset the rich malty sweetness. Those who enjoy coffee and chocolate will enjoy this easy to drink stout

      Barrio's summer seasonal is a refreshing blonde ale with sweet grapefruit flavors added. If you can't get to a beach on a hot day, let us bring the beach to you
    • NCAAle, ABV: 10.1%, IBU: 81, SRM: 21

      The traditional English Double Strong Ale is brewed annually for our WildCat Basketball team, thus the name NCAAle (National Champions Double Ale) This ale boasts a larger variety of specialty malt balanced by high addition of kettie hops NCAAle has a high alcohol content and is only served in 10oz glasses. flavor notes: sweet, malty, tobacco, roast, chocolate, booze/alcohol shines though. This ale mellows with age and on occasion is moved into whiskey barrels for an extended time to impart wood/whiskey flavor notes. This is Barrio's biggest beer, an ale with a push to it's limits
    • Pumpkin Porter, ABV: 6.0%, IBU: 38, SRM: 34

      A robust porter, with hints of harvest pumpkin spices. Brewed in small batches this is Barrio's fall seasonal offering
