Slightly malty and amber in color; tricky to brew, easy to drink. If you're not sure what you want, you probably want this beer. ABV 6.6%

Pale Ale was the first beer we brewed and continues to be one of our flagship ales. Because of the British malt it is not very pale, but the rich flavor matches the color beautifully. ABV 5.6%

Blood Thirst is citrusy and supremely refreshing with floral notes thanks to Sicilian blood orange zest added to the brew kettle, with puree added during and after fermentationABV 5.0%

The first time we brewed the RIS we didn't think we'd get all the grain in the mash tun. The result is a roasted fruity beer you might be tempted to eat with a spoon. ABV 7.6%

Barley's take on the juicy/hazy IPA that has a pleasant hop profile evoking flavors of mango and pineapple with a slight bitterness that is mellowed by the addition of lactose. ABV 6.0%

BMBS starts with our Russian Imperial Stout at its base. We age it in wet bourbon barrels and add organic cacao nib and peanut butter. ABV 9.6%

Our neighbors at High Bank Distillery provided the barrels for this beer. Our Imperial Stout gains lots of dark dried fruit flavors and aromas (raisins and prunes) and a boozy finish. 9.1% ABV

New Zealand Nectaron Hops radiate intense, juicy, tropical pineapple, passionfruit, and stone fruit flavor and aroma. Floor malted British Maris Otter malt and amber crystal malt balance this fruitiness with toasted bread and substantial rich caramel, and paint a deep copper color with a sturdy 6.7% ABV.

German Pilsner, Light Munich, and a small proportion of Dutch Biscuit Malts' bready, toasty flavor and aroma are balanced by careful additions of German Tettnang hops in the kettle. Munich Lager yeast ferments this beer crisp, clean, and dry. Unfiltered, pale gold and not as hoppy as a Pils, Estelle Helles Lager has a slightly above average body, making for a charming pint. 5.1% ABV

This super crisp IPA is piney, spicy, and bursting with citrus. Liam, Barley's Assistant Brewer, suggested we brew our first Cold IPA and include resinous Chinook hops paired with Citra and Mosaic. Five weeks of lagering let the Munich yeast showcase the German Pale Ale and Munich malts for a balanced toasty, grainy finish and copper color. 7.4% ABV

A depth of ruby brown color from floor malted British Maris Otter, Dark Crystal, and Dutch Biscuit malts foretells rich, complex, toast, toffee, and dried fruit flavors. A bounty of British East Kent Golding and Fuggle hops, with a judicious supplement of New Zealand Pacifica hops compliment the malts to give perfumy aromas of dates, prunes, floral tea, and a hint of marmalade. This warming 9.1% ABV Barleywine is meant to be enjoyed in moderation.
