Salt and pepper rubbed, smoked slow and dipped in butter.

BBQ rubbed pork shoulder smoked til juicy and tender. Pulled and seasoned with Carolina Vinegar.

Texas Hot Link or Jalapeño Cheddar. Prime Beef & Pork, Cured for 3 days, then slow smoked.

½ lb. fresh chopped brisket & sliced fatty brisket, smoked cheddar cheese, Alabama sauce, and creamy coleslaw on a toasted pub bun.

Smoked turkey, BBQ mayo, red onions, shredded iceberg, Texas candied jalapenos & mustard vinegar on toasted white bread.

Our ribs smothered in our BBQ sauce, Barky pickles, onions and alabama sauce on a toasted seeded roll.

½ lb. smoked brisket-infused burger with smoked cheddar cheese, shredded iceberg, Barky pickles, tallow caramelized onions, and Barky sauce on a toasted sesame-seeded brioche bun.
