Good service nice food

The person who handled my order was very unprofessional and sounded rude. I had a bill of 879/- which I paid him through UPI, the payment went through my wallet immediately, and I received a message from my bank that the money had been deducted but the staff(who was taking my order) rudely denied the fact I told him. I showed him the proof but still, he denied it and was not at all professional in terms of his duty. It was the Barista’s service issue then why am I getting this unprofessional behavior from the staff? He could have told me in a nicer way I would have acknowledged it. Bad service!!
