We only use grain-free flours and unrefined, natural sweeteners to achieve a superior product high in quality and taste. We strive to meet the needs of dietary-restricted children and adults due to allergies, intolerance, or personal preference. We never use gluten, grains, refined sugar, soy, sugar alcohols, or artificial ingredients. Most of our menu is dairy-free and Paleo-friendly, and we carry many egg-free, nut-free, and vegan options
