We ate lunch today at Gibson Mill and chose Barcos. The food was absolutely amazing, the portions were huge, and the price was what we expected. Will definitely be back!
Food was very good. Airy and open space is pleasant and different from usual sports bar vibe. My server was very helpful with arranging a takeout afterwards.
First time we visited a couple months ago and they were out of items from the menu.. round 2 tonight we went specifically for the shrimp, apparently the steamer was broke so seafood wasn’t an option.. didn’t find this out until after we’d ordered drinks and apps so that sucked.. otherwise we would’ve left and tried again some other time. Aside from that service was slow, Drinks are weak.. everything is a bit overpriced
Fish and chips were great! Will be coming back.
The food was really good, but unfortunately me and a friend of mine had to deal with a bit of racial profiling towards the end of our visit. That put a bad taste in my mouth about the overall visit unfortunately. Hopefully moving forward they do better as a team treating everyone with the same dignity and respect.
Arrived at 7 pm on Satirday night to be told by waitress that they were not taking any orders because kitchen was backed up with orders already. Will not being going back.
This place is awesome. My only regret is that I live 45 minutes away. The lobster roll is *chef’s kiss*. It is my newest obsession. My husband had the fish & chips and really enjoyed it. They also have a great craft beer selection on draft. 20/10 would go back.
Chowder tasted like water. I ate the lobster because I paid $6 extra and threw the rest in the trash.
Lobster roll was delicious! One of the best I have ever had! Great value!
Great food! The Calabash Shrimp and fries are amazing!
