Made from scratch daily, we combine chickpea, green lentil, alliums, cumin, garlic, green onions, parsley & cilantro - and form them in to the familiar falafel rounds. They are browned to perfection in our fryer, and then topped with a tangy red pepper and caper sauce, garlic yogurt, sesame seeds.
A big step up from your typical falafel!
No flour or gluten is used in the binding of the falafel, but there is risk of gluten cross-contamination in our fryer.
