We have been coming here for years. Tonight my wife asked for water. She was told she would have to buy a bottle of water or a soda. They no longer offer complimentary water cups. REALLY! I don't know if I gave a 3 star rating because of this or the fact the fish in my tacos (which is why I came tonight) was dry and had probably been sitting there for hours.

Yikes just sell the place off if you have no interest in managing it or attempting to fix your issues. 88 on health inspection retest is awful. Can’t even get your orders correct it’s pretty simple not a very extensive menu

Hands down the most mismanaged establishment I have ever been to. Staff is lazy and incompetent. 1. They were out of chicken 2. They were arguing with guests 3. Chips were stale 4. Cooking area was dirty 5. Food is overpriced. So much potential in a great location. Truly a reflection of piss poor management and ownership.

More people sitting around than working. Poor kids was trying to do everything on his own. Multiple people walk up or peep through the back door window, saw the line and didn’t help the kid. They literally was bring a baby in a onesie, in and out of the back kitchen which is absolutely against health regulations. When I left the baby had been in the back for a least 10 minutes. Not coming back ever.

Quite honestly We used to go to this place 2-3 times a week Enjoyed getting a lot of food weekly several times a week. It was great when this place first opened through most of Covid years. We then started running into issues with them for online orders. Two orders the same but one burrito would have requested toppings the other wouldn’t have these toppings and further had noticeably less meat. Same exact burrito. We would call them ask why we had missing or hardly any toppings, and they would say oh we are out of onions or this or that for toppings and I’m thinking we are ordering and paying high prices for your service it’s the middle of the week 6pm and you are out of things? This went on for many orders over six months up until early 2023 we just gave up stopped ordering from them. Granted we spent 95 dollars every time went on average sometimes more. Why we did it for as long as we did is because we would get one online order good then two not so good and kept thinking things would get better. There should never be a time you are out of things especially during dinner hour. Your portions should be normal and not cut smaller because someone is doing an online order. The people here that they hire are far from healthy with resolving issues. I called tonight and the associate could care less. Practically hung up the phone on me. This was my first order in months. We were hoping maybe some things had changed. The food is good but you pay through the nose for it so it should be good and missing items from orders running out of food less meat is unacceptable. It’s cheating the customer for what they are paying. My wife and I are hoping chipotle will come here in Hamilton mill. We will drive for now the further distance. Spend half the money for just as good food. Sick that we spent so much money with them. Poor management and ownership to not train on resolution to issues and stopping these issues from being chronic. I shared my concern over my wife’s taco salad being half the size of mine and we ordered the same salad toppings she just didn’t get jalapeños. They could care less. We are spending a large amount for two burritos two taco salads. You would think orders like ours would be well cared for. A few hundred dollars a week from a customer is not a small amount. 95 dollar per order with tip is not a small amount per order by far. We had our last business with them tonight. Just wanted to add to others frustration. The community supporting your business is very important and you should treat us with respect by getting healthy workers trained and dropping your prices if you are going to charge for services that are more than your competitors and further not delivering like they do. We never eat inside because this place needs a good remodel. So that’s fine we eat to go but at least support the customers for how much you charge with the food and service you provide and make a point to make changes when customers are chronically complaining.
