Good atmosphere and smell

The restaurant was overcrowded. It was evident that they accepted bookings beyond capacity to effectively manage guests, resulting in an uncomfortable and chaotic atmosphere. This overcrowding contributed to the inadequate attention we received from your staff, as it was necessary to repeatedly call for assistance. Furthermore, the service we received was egregiously delayed, exacerbating our frustration. The shortage of cutlery only added to the inconvenience, making it difficult to enjoy our meal properly. Additionally, the buffet items were not adequately replenished, leaving us with limited options and further elongating our wait time. Perhaps most concerning was the lack of hygiene observed in the buffet area. It was disheartening to witness such negligence, as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation should be non-negotiable in any dining establishment. It is evident that, in pursuit of higher profits, the quality of service and customer satisfaction have been compromised.
