The lively lobby bar and restaurant, concepted by Chef Daniel del Prado finds its Inspiration in the classic French bistro and our hotel’s namesake, Rufus Rand, who lived and worked in France during WWI. Bar Rufus offers familiar favorites like seasonal tartines, beef tartare, and a signature burger, along with inventive cocktails and a curated French wine list.
