A great passion for the art of the crafted cocktail and its potential to transform experiences brought Elad Zvi and Gabe Orta together in 2009 to form Bar Lab; a one-stop consulting agency and internationally recognized and highly-influential hospitality management company. With over twenty-five years of experience, Elad and Gabe have re-energized the hospitality industry by creating unique and eclectic food and beverage programs for bars, restaurants and hotels around the world. As co-founders and operating partners of Bar Lab, the duo launched their first bar, Broken Shaker Miami, in 2012, followed by the Broken Shaker Chicago, Los Angeles and New York, 27 Restaurant, The Exchange, Rudolph’s Bar & Tea and The Anderson.
