Our motto is simple: Cooking the perfect ingredient over hard wood creates the best tasting food. Bar Casa Vale focuses on recreating the tapas bars of Barcelona, Sherry bodegas in Jerez, and Pintxo crawls through San Sebastian all right here in Portland. We proudly use local ingredients: seafood from the pacific ocean, meats from pastures surrounding Portland, and vegetables from local gardens.
