Starting as a humble food spot in a gas station, Bapu’s has become a popular staple at the Palafox Market in Pensacola, FL. Bapu’s Food Stop is most known for its delicious bingos: small wraps filled with delicious fillings, wrapped and toasted to perfection. However, the real stars of the show have been the Signature Sauce and Garlic Sauce that are the perfect dipping companions. Hard work and determination have made our long awaited dream to open our first restaurant a reality.
